Saladini Cutlery has designed a whole series of table knives of fine quality and prestige for an elegant and functional set.
They are all featured by a 12c27 stainless steel forged blade which is different from the 18/10 stainless steel used for silverware. The blade is mounted on a disappearing circular handle and a node with a circular drawing which perfectly fits the shape of the handle. The cut is smooth and sharp. The blade can have a round point which is suitable for all dishes or it can be pointed, which is particularly indicated for steak. The handle, full and with no rivets, is made of natural material chosen between ox-horn, buffalo-horn, olive and boxwood. Originally having the classic straight shape, the handle evolved later on to its present curved shape typical of Saladini kitchen knives which makes it easy to handle and elegant thanks to its slightly rounded edge.
